    Castel Mimi is a select winery with roots deep in the history of national winemaking. Here you can take a guided tour of the winery, taste top Moldovan wines and traditional Moldovan dishes.The winery tour includes a visit to the gardens and interior of the castle, the historic cellars, the medieval garden and the evergreen labyrinth.
    Each winery tour allows guests to discover the fascinating story behind Mimi Castle and taste some of the finest Moldovan wines. The winery tour includes an exciting walk through the cellars, gardens, courtyard and production area of the winery. The wine tour ends with guided wine tastings that will give you a great sensory experience. All our tours, with one exception, also include a selection of traditional Moldovan gourmet dishes.

    Workshop: Blend your own wine // from 720 MDL

    During your "Blend your own wine" workshop you will get to create your very own cuvée by blending three Castel Mimi wines. During the workshop you will learn about wine blending and have fun in the process. Once you have blended your wine you will get to bottle it and make a personalised label. If you're looking to learn how to blend wine and create a wonderful memory of your time at Castel Mimi to take home with you and enjoy; this is the workshop for you.

    Workshop: Professional Wine Tasting with Riedel Glasses // from 450 MDL

    Your professional wine tasting workshop will be conducted by a Moldovan wine expert and professional. They will conduct the wine tasting using top class Riedel wine glasses and talk you through a professional tasting of three Castel Mimi wines. The tasting will include an informative and engaging introduction on how to choose the correct glass for different grape varieties as well as how to evaluate each wine you try. Each workshop allows for 6 to 8 people.
