  • Mileștii Mici Winery

    Mileștii Mici Underground Galleries - a unique complex of underground cellars where the best Mileștii Mici wines are produced and stored deep in the darkness and limestone. Mileștii Mici is the largest underground winery in Moldova. It has over 200 km of limestone tunnels, 55 km of which are used for wine storage. The cellar has a huge wine collection of more than 2 million bottles and is the largest collection in the world according to the Guinness Book of Records. 
    Visitors have the unique opportunity to ride along the barrel-filled galleries by electric train, by personal car, as well as take a bike ride. The temperature in the galleries is 12-14 degrees Celsius and remains constant throughout the year, while the humidity varies between 85% and 90%. Children are welcome, of course accompanied by their parents. Up to the age of 10 the trip is free of charge, after which the full cost of the ticket is payable.
