Pick-up Point and Payment

Delivery Timeframe:

Express delivery is made on the same day and can also be picked up at the collection point.
Address: 83 Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, Tourist Information Center in Chisinau.
Opening hours: 10:00 - 16:00
If you want your orders to be delivered to the collection point on the day you place your order, you must place the order before 16:00 of the current day. 

Shipping cost:

The order can be taken from the only pick-up point in Chisinau for FREE.

Order Cancellation:

The order can be canceled at any time, but please make the cancellation at least 1h before closing the Center.

Additional Wishes:

You can use a special field on the checkout page to provide more detailed information (additional information for address, additional phone number, etc.). Under no circumstances can we guarantee that all of your additional requests will be met. If any request cannot be fulfilled, this is not a reason for a refund.

Return Policy:

Quality claims:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you can request a refund by sending a request within two working days of the delivery date. Send your claims using your antrim.md account, including your contact information.

Incorrect information as to the indication of the quantity and type of products ordered:

If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information when placing your order, we cannot guarantee collection from the full pick-up point. 
ANTRIM MD is not responsible if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Recipient's Disclaimer:

If for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the order, he or she will not be entitled to a refund.

Currency:

Although it is possible to view the price of items in other currencies, the cost of the order will always be charged in Moldovan lei. 

Applicable law:

The terms of use of this Agreement, as well as any disputes that may arise from the Agreement or through the use of the "booking.moldova.travel" website are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova as well as the International one.
Should these Terms and Conditions of Use be deemed invalid, canceled, or for any reason unenforceable, this condition shall be deemed invalid but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
